All orders placed on the Kurt Lincoln website are not considered final until a confirmation email has been sent by the store. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping

Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $300 CAD.

International Orders: We ship internationally. Please contact us at info@kurtlincoln.com before placing your order to discuss shipping costs to your country and the product of interest. International shipping charges will be confirmed prior to order confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to info@kurtlincoln.com stating your order details and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kurt Lincoln cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
